Airtable - for managing all my research + content ideas

• Airtable is like excel but on steroids.

• I’ve been using this tool for 4 years as a database for all my research.

• I use it to manage all my content ideas and my posting schedule for all platforms

• This tool has a lot of automations that can be used to enhanced productivity. For example: if there’s a sponsored post, I get an email 1 week before so I don’t miss my deadlines.

ManyChat - for Instagram Automation

• This has been the most useful tool for me in 2023 beside ChatGPT

• Basically, when I ask people to comment a keyword on a Reel, this tool automatically sends the link via. Instantly!!

• This has helped me increase engagement on Instagram, growth of my newsletter and YouTube subscribers.

ChatGPT Plus - for a whole bunch of things

• I’ve built a custom GPT to act as a persona and tell me about problems. This helps me come up with new content ideas

• I have another GPT which ranks my hooks to help me go viral more often. I recently shared a tutorial (with prompt) on how I built that GPT

• Another commonly used GPT helps me prioritize content ideas based on my content strategy

• And there’s one which summarizes what a tool can do and who is it useful to help me with my research

Capcut for video editing for Reels
pfpmaker for my profile picture
boost.social for my story highlight covers


These are the only tools I use which have helped me grow my Instagram to 400,000 in about 2 years. Nothing crazy, just keeping it simple. So you don’t really need much a ton of apps.

I just have 2 simple principle for creating content and growing an audience:

1. Create content that is either share worthy or save worthy

2. Create content that feels natural so it doesn’t seem like work at all

And I know it works because beside my main account, I’ve grown Zapier’s TikTok from 2k to 50k, my new channel @websitesign.ai has grown to 11k followers on IG in less than 3 months

PS: There are some other tools which I am using for my YouTube but I will save that post for later once I hit a big milestone on YouTube and know those tools work.
