Feeling Burdened by Endless Customer Emails? I figured out the best way to automate these pesky emails! Here’s the secret...

With a few clever tricks, you can turn your email nightmare into a streamlined, automated system. And I’m going to show you how...

Step 1

• Use any spreadsheet software that works for you but make sure it integrates with Zapier

• Make sure emails are being recorded in the spreadsheet before starting this Zap

• Verify that your sheet is recording the customer name, email address and their question

• Test the trigger to be sure that it’s working as expected

Step 2

• Use any email provider but make sure it integrates with Zapier

• Setup the automated email reply to the customer using the information pulled from Step 1

• Make sure to write up copy for the automated email reply

• Test the trigger with your own email to make sure it’s working as expected

• Once verified to be working, replace it with the customer’s email

Step 3

• Using the information from Step 1, you can use the customer’s question to send back to ChatGPT with a custom prompt created by Prompt Genie

• This will draft an email response to the customer’s question using the information from Step 1 and the custom prompt

• You will need an OpenAI account for the API access key which is not the same as a ChatGPT account.

Step 4

• Same steps as Step 2 but the difference is instead of writing up draft copy, you will replace the copy with the reply created by ChatGPT

• Test the trigger and make sure you see the email in your drafts folder

• Once that’s good to go, hit Publish
