Get the QR code you have always wanted

You may have seen QR codes like this floating around Twitter. Now, they are very cool! But they miss one key point, the images behind them are not very relevant to the content that the QR code might contain.

Here is my take on QR codes that will actually get scanned, not for it being “cool” but because they look relevant.

I have been trying to explore this idea ever since it surfaced and one of the most useful application I could think of is using it for networking.

The idea is to have your image as the QR code! Let’s see what we can do! 👇🏼

I tried bunch of tools to get an AI avatar for myself and then use that image as my base image, but all of them were paid. Comment below if you know any free tools like that! 💬

But anyways, I came across this which lets you create QR codes on top of any image.

Pretty basic to use, upload image, add your URL that you want QR code to open and you have it

Is Gemini > > > ChatGPT?

At least that is what DeepMind, a research lab owned by Google believes. DeepMind is developing a new chatbot called Gemini that is set to rival or even surpass OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Drawing from techniques used in AlphaGo, DeepMind's AI system which was the first to defeat a professional human player at the board game Go, Gemini aims to combine the strengths of AlphaGo-type systems with the language capabilities of large models. If successful, Gemini will have the ability to plan, solve problems, and analyze text​.

Gemini is expected to leverage advancements in reinforcement learning, a method of "teaching" AI systems through rewards and punishments, to accomplish tasks current language models struggle with. Reinforcement learning, which has already contributed to progress in the language model space, is a domain in which DeepMind has significant experience, with AlphaGo being a prime example.

Gemini is not DeepMind's first venture into language models, with Sparrow, a chatbot less likely to give "unsafe" or "inappropriate" answers, introduced last year. However, Gemini is DeepMind's most ambitious project in this space to date, according to early reports. The project, driven by the need to keep pace with ChatGPT, is directly supported by Google's top executives, including Jeff Dean, the company's most senior AI research executive​
