How I “accidentally” supported my customers in Arabic

This is pretty insane and blows my mind 🤯 And I hope I am not the only one because I am going to bombard you with what happened regardless.

As a co-founder of a startup, I recently took on the role of customer support and implemented an automation system. This system sends an automatic thank you message upon receiving a customer query, and then processes the query through OpenAI to determine if it pertains to frequently asked questions. If so, the system sends a corresponding automated response. However, if the query requires further assistance, I am looped in to help.

Yesterday, I received a message in Arabic and was blown away by the power of OpenAI. Despite not setting up the automation to understand Arabic, the system was able to craft a response in the customer's native language, making our product even more inclusive and empowering. This experience truly left me in awe and I was really impressed by AI. And I thought it was worth while to share it with you guys and share the possibilities to which we can use automation for good!
